- Permitted Use: You may share links to our articles and quote small excerpts (up to 50 words) from the blog content, provided that full credit and a direct link back to the original AiSuiteX article are included.
- Prohibited Use: Reproduction, copying, or redistribution of the entire content or substantial portions of the blog content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
1.2. Digital Product Ownership (E-books)
When you purchase an e-book, prompt template, or digital guide from AiSuiteX, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your personal or internal business use.
- Prohibited Action: You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or modify the purchased digital product (e.g., sharing the PDF/document containing Prompts for Cold Email or the AI Sales Script with external parties or posting it publicly).
2. Purchases and Refunds
2.1. Orders
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, and payment information.
2.2. Refund Policy
Given the nature of digital products (Prompts for Content Gaps, Viral Script templates, etc.), which are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
- Exception: Refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of AiSuiteX if there is a demonstrated technical failure preventing access to the digital product that cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 business days of the purchase date.
3. User Accounts
If the Service requires you to create an account (e.g., for purchasing products or commenting):
- You must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

The information and strategies provided by AiSuiteX—including blog content on AI Automation, Context Prompting, and e-books—are for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the performance, accuracy, or specific results of using our Prompt Engineering techniques (e.g., we do not guarantee a specific Increase Reply Rate or sales performance).
4.2. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AiSuiteX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, particularly concerning the unauthorized sharing of purchased digital products.
